Vertikal AI proudly announces that Mikael Heinze has joined the shareholder circle as a key team member. Mikael was the first employee hired to help achieve the company’s ambitious plans.
Vertikal AI’s mission is to accelerate the renewable energy transition by unlocking the value of AI for predictive maintenance in Wind. To achieve this mission, Vertikal AI is building a scalable cloud software which can deploy artificial intelligence on massive data streams from wind turbines around the world. That isn’t easy, and 2019 Vertikal AI started looking for their first full-time employee to help do just that.
CTO Martin Bach-Andersen, CEO Allan Larsen and Shareholder Mikael Heinze
Martin Bach-Andersen, the CTO and co-founder foresaw the technical challenges ahead. “We needed someone with very specific competences to complement our own skills and experience” says Martin. “Specifically, we were looking for a talented software architect, someone who had tried to build large scale IoT solutions using modern cloud technologies”.
